What does a Pet Portrait order include?
When you order a Pet Portrait, you will receive a lifelike painting of your beloved companion created with either pastels, colored pencils, or acrylics.
You can choose whether you want a background in your portrait or not.
You will also receive the painting in secure and beautiful packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Along with the artwork, you will get a Certificate of Authenticity to verify the artwork’s genuineness and two bookmarks as a special gift.
«Tini» – Acrylics on paper, medium size (8″ x 8″).
«Sophie» – Colored pencil portrait, medium size (8″ x 8″). Certificate of Authenticity and bookmarks, both items will be in English in your case.

BOOKING & PAYMENT METHODS
Booking:
Once I receive your request, I will reach out to you to discuss all the details of the commission, including photo evaluation, estimated completion date, and shipping fees.
To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit is required, which is non-refundable once the work has begun. Upon completion of the portrait, I will send you a photo for review. If you are satisfied with the result, you can complete the payment of the remaining 50% and the shipping fee we previously agreed upon.

Once I verify your payment, we will arrange the delivery of your portrait from Buenos Aires via Correo Argentino. You will have the ability to track your package’s progress using the Track & Trace System. This way, I can ensure your order is processed and delivered promptly.
Shipping times & fees
I will work with you to schedule an estimated completion and shipping date for your portrait before you confirm the booking.
While shipping times can vary depending on several factors, I estimate you should receive your order within 3-4 weeks from dispatch. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer, but I promise to keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping fees are determined based on the destination, but rest assured, you will be notified of the exact charges before you finalize your order.
